By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. Providing false information during registration or violating any eligibility requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

To create an mcdewa Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address as they appear on your Indonesian national identification card (KTP). You must not register using another person's identity or provide false information.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mcdewa is required by law to verify the identity of all Account holders. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request that you submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP) showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and address
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) issued within the last three months
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial verification
• Additional documentation as may be required to satisfy regulatory or compliance obligations

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days) may result in Account suspension and restrictions on deposits and withdrawals until verification is completed. All uploaded documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. 5. Deposits and Payments

mcdewa accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Indonesian Players:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in deposit refusal, Account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's payment account) are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the source account, less any processing fees, and your Account may be suspended.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.3 Processing Time

mcdewa strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Our average withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for major Indonesian banks during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier status and payment method. Standard withdrawal limits range from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. VIP Players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

mcdewa does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees or charges, for which mcdewa is not responsible. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6.6 Withdrawal Security Checks

mcdewa reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns. Such checks may include requesting additional identification documents, verifying the source of funds, or conducting a telephone verification call. Withdrawals will not be processed until all security checks are satisfactorily completed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

7.4 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. You may voluntarily forfeit an active bonus at any time through your Account settings, which will remove both the bonus balance and any pending wagering requirements.

9. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds and winnings, and permanent ban from mcdewa Services. 10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by mcdewa

mcdewa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged Account inactivity, or any conduct detrimental to mcdewa's reputation or business interests. In the event of Account suspension or termination, we will refund any remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) to your verified bank account or payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities, fees, or chargebacks.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure.
